Decorating the house was a lot of fun this year!  My Mom and I put up the tree and by the time I was done, My arms looked like I had been attacked by 100 angry cats!  We decorated over the course of a week, adding bits here and bits there until the house looked like ruby red sparkles everywhere!

I think my favorite day, was when we decided to put up Jeremy and I's tree in the basement.  My Mom and I talked and laughed and had so much fun!  We are really good friends.  The basement was so inviting with the decorations and tree down in the basement.  I think we will probably put it up again next year!

I also enjoyed the Hallmark movies.  Going shopping with Jeremy and Kids, two weekends in a row and sharing a big plate of Chinese food at Flatirons Mall with the whole family!  We went to a ward friend party at the Fund's house, which was a lot of fun.  It has been so nice to have Jeremy off from school and be able to enjoy him and his freedom!

We drove by the neighbors house a 1,000 times with Xander watching them set up the "Train House" Looking at the train house night and day,  and still drive by it, even today, watching it come down.  Jeremy and I call it Christmas throw up, because it is a lot of decorations, but Xander LOVES it!  I am sure that is why they do it, because the kids love it!

Xander acted out the Nativity with his Joy School Friends.  We even acted it out at the Salvation Army for some residents and it put me more in the Christmas spirit.

We were able to see Lily Downs in the Nutcracker.  I can't wait to go again next year!

So even though, I would have liked to enjoy more, and done more, I feel happy and hoped to have created some happy memories for my children.
